Mircea is an experimental psychology researcher and educator at King’s College London focused on open science, research methods, and statistics. His work is about making research more transparent, rigorous, and accessible, especially by improving how we design studies, analyse data, and communicate uncertainty.

Mircea also runs StatsTea, where he shares approachable, practical resources on statistics and methods for researchers and students.

Lianne Wolsink obtained a PhD in Psychology and has an academic background in (legal) psychology and cognitive and clinical neuroscience. She has a strong interest in issues relating to research reproducibility, transparency, and integrity.

Lianne started and co-organised the ReproducibiliTea journal club at Ruhr University Bochum, Germany, and is currently serving as chair of the Global ReproducibiliTea Steering Committee. She believes that ReproducibiliTea journal clubs are ideal places for early career researchers to learn, discuss, reflect, and to connect with others, the global community, and other reform initiatives.
